has been working within the consumer & professional audio fields for over 25 years. From designing, building, and
installing commercial & home sound systems to working as a local and regional representative of audio firms, Wayne has
learned from the 'ground-up' the correct way of conducting business. Living in Hong Kong, managing a production company,
continuing to gain business skills in the structured corporate environment of Denon Electronics USA, first as the National
Sales Manager & later as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Denon Professional, performance continues to this
day with consulting roles as marketing & sales advisor to Martin Porter Associates for varied projects including
the AES organization for the AES Show & the CEA producing a professional show ['Studio@Home'] within the CES
Show, the World's largest electronics
show! National sales of World acclaimed acoustic materials from RPG Acoustics is the most recent addition
to our business model.

within New York City. Our principle focus lies within the professional electronics world of audio & video hardware
and software. With emphasis placed on building OEM sales relationships, local, regional & National sales representation
plus developing business marketing and sales plans and goals with companies looking to change direction.
